Brian Schwarz

Brian Schwarz currently serves as the VP of Products at Redpanda Data as of April 2024. Prior to this role, Brian held positions at Family as Co-CEO, and at Google as the Director of Product Management for GCP, where major initiatives included leading the execution of the first-ever GCP Storage Day. Brian’s extensive experience also includes a Vice President role at Pure Storage, overseeing FlashBlade Product Management, and significant contributions at Cisco Systems, where the Unified Computing System product line achieved rapid growth. Previous roles at Symantec Corporation and Exodus Communications further enhanced Brian's expertise in product marketing and management, supported by an MBA from the University of Washington and a BS in Computer Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
