Lily Anabelle Friederichs is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations and payroll for multi-state organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Business Analyst and Payroll Manager at REDPOINT CONTRACTING since November 2023, Lily oversees a team of three while innovating HR and payroll processes. Prior to this role, Lily held the position of Director of Human Resources and Human Capital at Turning Point USA from August 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing HR functions across 38 states and collaborating with the CFO on payroll audits and budgeting.
