Joshua Pegram

Joshua Pegram has extensive work experience spanning over several years. Joshua started their career as an Operations Manager at Quality Services Property Care in 1997 and continued in the role until 2006. Following that, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Advantage Investing, Inc from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they established their own business, Grass Roots Landscape Management, where they served as the Owner for a year.

In 2008, Joshua joined Hampton Park Baptist Church as a Pastor and held the position until 2013. Joshua then moved on to Morning Star Church, where they served as a Lead Pastor from 2014 to 2018. Following that, they joined Ashley River Baptist Church in 2018 and continued in the role of Lead Pastor until 2022.

In 2022, Joshua became the Lead Pastor at Trinity Church of Charleston, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they are employed at Red Rover in the role of Client Success, starting in February 2023.

Joshua Pegram began their education journey in 1999 at Bob Jones University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Church Music. Joshua completed this program in 2003. In 2004, Joshua enrolled at Bob Jones Seminary and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Theology in 2006. Following this, from 2008 to 2012, they attended Reformed Theological Seminary - Charlotte and earned a Master of Divinity degree with a focus on Theology/Theological Studies. Joshua's educational pursuits did not end there. Currently, from 2019 to 2025, they are enrolled at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, working towards a Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD) in an unspecified field of study.
