Robert Winter

Robert Winter has extensive experience in financial planning and operations, currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning & Operations for the Boston Red Sox since August 2010. Winter has advanced through various roles within the organization, including Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst, Staff Accountant, and Accounting Coordinator. Key contributions include customizing and training the organization on a new expense system, managing expense reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with player salary tax assessments. Prior to the Red Sox, Winter interned with the Houston Texans, supporting corporate development initiatives over two consecutive summers, and also held an accounting internship with the Red Sox. Winter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston University.
