Bailey Roth has a strong background in event and association management, with experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Bailey is currently the President and Co-Founder of Redstone Agency Inc., where they focus on driving growth in clients' organizations and making a positive impact in the communities they serve. Prior to this role, Bailey was the Director of Events & Human Resources at Managing Matters Inc., where they helped the company grow from a small start-up to a team of over 20 people. Bailey also gained experience as an Event Coordinator and Events Manager at Managing Matters Inc. Bailey has previous experience at Lipton Wiseman Altbaum & Partners LLP as a Tax Preparer, and at the Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Centre as a Campus Associate. Additionally, Bailey served as the Section Head at Kadimah, Young Judea, where they provided leadership and coaching to staff members and campers.

Bailey Roth attended Western University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) with a focus on Organizational Human Resources.
