Melissa Liu is an experienced professional in human resources and operations management with a proven track record in recruitment, team coordination, and process optimization. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Services at The 519, Melissa previously held the role of Senior Manager of HR and Operations at Possibilities Clinic, where significant improvements in recruitment processes were achieved, resulting in the successful hiring of 12 full-time employees within two months. Earlier experience includes serving as Care Manager and Intake & HR Coordinator at Shift Collab, where full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes were enhanced, and Lead Care Coordinator at The Mindfulness Clinic. Melissa's educational background includes an Honors Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College.
