Paul Drummond is an experienced professional in climate and environment research, currently serving as the Climate and Environment Research Lead at Redwheel since January 2023. In this role, Paul leads research efforts for ‘Greenwheel Insights,’ supporting evidence-based decision-making on climate, environmental, and social issues for investment teams. Since December 2012, Paul has held various positions at University College London (UCL), including Honorary Senior Research Fellow and Senior Research Fellow in Climate, Energy & Environmental Policy. Paul’s research focuses on climate change mitigation, energy, and innovation, and has contributed to several significant EU research projects. Prior experience includes working as a Specialist Consultant at AEA Technology and an internship at the EBRD, where Paul investigated the energy-water nexus. Paul holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a BSc in Physical Geography from the University of Reading.
