Victor Erch is an accomplished Analyst and Co-Portfolio Manager at RWC Partners since August 2015, specializing in Global Emerging & Frontier Markets with a focus on the EMEA region. In this role, Victor co-manages the RWC Frontier Markets Equity and RWC Next Generation Emerging Market funds. Prior experience includes serving as an Equity Analyst, where Victor covered over 40 companies across various sectors for the Pan-European Long/Short Equity fund, conducting in-depth fundamental research and earnings forecasting. Victor began their career as an Equity Analyst Intern at RWC from June 2013 to August 2014, contributing to the Pan-European Long/Short Equity Fund, which was nominated Best European Long/Short Fund at the Eurohedge Awards during that period. Victor holds a BSc (Hons) in Banking & International Finance from Cass Business School and an International Baccalaureate from Malmö Borgarskola.
