James Holmstead

James Holmstead has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. James most recently worked at Redwire Space as the Director of Operations and previously as a Senior Operations Manager. Before that, they were a Lean Manager at Atlas Roofing Corporation. In addition, they served as a Senior Operations Manager at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions and as the Director of Operations & Product Development at Surna Inc. Prior to that, they held various roles at Eaton, including Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Senior Analyst, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer. James began their career as a Corporate Process Engineer at Pella Corporation and worked as a Design Engineer, Product Engineer, and Project Manager at Dixon Automatic Tool, Inc.

James Holmstead earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Northern Illinois University in 2007. James also acquired an Associate's Degree in Science from Rock Valley College in 1998. In addition, James completed a four-year Journeyman Machinist Apprenticeship program at Rock Valley College in 1996.
