Troy Winters

Troy Winters is a seasoned security operations specialist currently serving as the Lead Corporate Security Specialist at Redwood Materials since February 2023. With extensive experience in risk assessment, counterterrorism, and international security operations, Troy has held various roles including Operation Protection Specialist at Banyan Risk Group and Security Supervisor at Southwest Traffic Corp. Previous roles include serving as a Veterans Service Representative, Case Manager, Certified Firearms Instructor, and positions within the United States Marine Corps, where Troy demonstrated strong leadership in personnel security and military operations. Troy holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate’s Degree in Political Science from Long Beach City College.
