Cliff Matthews has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.
Cliff'smost recent role was as a Project Manager at QAD Redzone, where they were responsible for overseeing 50+ deployments with a 4-8 week turnaround. Cliff guided teams through the development and implementation of automation scope, assisted with procurement and configuration of devices, and helped gather data for Redzone processes. Prior to that, they worked as a Practice Week Coach at QAD Redzone, where they validated sensor/PLC signals, trained practice team members, and reviewed and modified software configurations to ensure successful project launches.
Before joining QAD Redzone, Cliff was an Operations Excellence Manager at Mauser Packaging Solutions. In this role, they led the development and implementation of the Mauser OpEx System and conducted continuous improvement events using A3 methodology. Cliff also served as an area leader and subject matter expert on the Shoplogix Production Tracking system.
Cliff's previous experience includes working as a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager at Caraustar, where they drove continuous improvement activities through plant-level engagement events and played a key role in developing the company's performance management system. Cliff also worked as a Value Stream Manager at Norriseal, a Supply Chain Analyst and Distribution Center Supervisor at Eaton, and a Manufacturing Engineer at Eaton's Cooper Power Systems.
Cliff started their career as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Texas A&M University, where they were part of the Global Supply Chain Laboratory and worked under the supervision of Dr. Barry Lawrence.
Cliff Matthews obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. Cliff attended the university from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Cliff also holds various certifications, including Redzone Certified Frontline Operator from QAD Redzone, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Eaton Corporation, and CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
