Kenneth Luba has a diverse work experience. Kenneth is currently working as an Automation Support Lead at QAD Redzone since June 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as an Application Support Agent at the same company starting in October 2018.
Before joining QAD Redzone, Kenneth worked as a Cloud Engineer at Ultimate Software from August 2016 to October 2018. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring and managing over 4,000 physical and virtual servers. Kenneth also had expertise in using various applications and tools such as VMware and SolarWinds to ensure server performance and investigate critical user interactions.
Kenneth also has experience in the hospitality industry. Kenneth worked as a Server/Trainer at The Cheesecake Factory from October 2013 to September 2018. In this role, they collaborated with staff and managers to provide an exceptional experience for guests. Kenneth also trained new staff members on company policies and procedures.
In addition, Kenneth has teaching experience. Kenneth worked as a Chemistry Teacher at A.W. Dreyfoos High School from August 2015 to August 2016. Kenneth held 20 classes per week, provided extra support to students, and ensured adherence to core standards. Kenneth also worked as an English Teacher at Wellington Community High School from January 2014 to June 2015. Here, they engaged students in English literature, grammar, analytical strategies, and reading comprehension.
Before their teaching career, Kenneth worked as a Manager at Macabi Cigar Bar & Lounge from November 2010 to September 2013. Kenneth'sresponsibilities included inventory management, cash handling, and planning events. Kenneth also worked closely with vendors to enhance customer experience.
Kenneth began their career as a Chemistry Lab Instructor at Florida International University from August 2009 to September 2010. In this role, they conducted lab experiments, evaluated student assignments, and prepared tests. Prior to that, they worked as an English Language Teacher at AEON Corporation in Japan from January 2006 to June 2007.
Kenneth Luba pursued their Bachelor's degree in English/Creative Writing at Florida State University from 2000 to 2004.
