Nicholas Jean has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicholas most recently worked at Redzone Production Systems as the Community Coaching Director, where they coached plant teams in implementing the Redzone Production System and improving plant performance. Prior to that, they held roles such as Community Lead Coach, Solutions Specialist - Maintenance Module, Community Coach, and Continuous Improvement Coach at the same company.
Before joining Redzone, Nicholas worked at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. as a Packaging Equipment Engineer III, where they were involved in the development and analysis of packaging asset strategies and supported the continuous improvement of the Engineering Department.
Nicholas also worked at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer II and later as an Engineering Project Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for planning and executing manufacturing optimization projects and programs, as well as facilitating continuous improvement within the Engineering Department. Nicholas successfully managed the inventorying and recovery of packaging assets during the decommissioning of a production site and led streamlined equipment relocation efforts.
Nicholas started their career as a Project Engineer at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters and later held an internship role in Facilities and Process Engineering at the same company. Nicholas also gained experience as a Lab/Machine Shop Assistant at the Mechanical Engineering Department of the University of New Hampshire.
Additionally, Nicholas interned at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, where they worked on updating maintenance engineering documents and participated in a Reliability Centered Maintenance workshop. Nicholas also interned at IBM in the Prober Engineering Group, where they applied lean manufacturing practices and designed components for prototype hardware.
Outside of their professional career, Nicholas had entrepreneurial experience as the Owner/Operator of Mow Time Landscaping, where they successfully managed and expanded the company.
Overall, Nicholas Jean has a wide range of experience in coaching, continuous improvement, engineering, project management, and entrepreneurship.
Nicholas Jean attended the University of New Hampshire from 2007 to 2011. Nicholas obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering during their time at the university.
