Baseem Hammad

Baseem Hammad is currently serving as the General Manager of E-commerce at REEF since August 2024. Prior to this role, Baseem held various positions at Amazon from May 2017 to July 2023, including Site Leader (Senior Operations Manager) for Fulfillment Centers in Saudi Arabia, focusing on organizational health, safety, and continuous improvement. Baseem also acted as Operations Manager during Project Sunrise, overseeing safety, quality, and productivity. Before Amazon, Baseem worked as Operations Manager at Souq.com from January 2015 to May 2017, managing operational planning and customer experience. Baseem's career began at Majd Contracting Co. as Country Operations Manager from March 2012 to December 2014, and earlier as Senior Accountant at Masar United Contracting Co. LLC from October 2008 to February 2012. Baseem holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Al Ahliyya Amman University, earned between October 2004 and July 2008.
