Kathy Cho

Kathy Cho has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kathy is currently a Product Line Manager at Reef, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, Kathy worked at ECCO USA, Inc. where they held various roles over a period of several years. These roles included Product Manager for Women's Shoes and Accessories, Product Manager for Accessories and Women's Formal Shoes, and Product Manager for Accessories EAM. In these positions, Kathy was responsible for collaborating with global ECCO Branding divisions, managing and influencing product collections, and developing and executing product strategies. Kathy also had responsibilities in identifying trends, working closely with sales teams and external accounts, and creating and facilitating training programs. Before their time at ECCO, Kathy worked as a Field Sales representative at ECCO and Assistant Manager at Pebble Beach Company. Kathy began their career as an Operations Manager at Banana Republic, where they were responsible for various operational matters within the store.

Kathy Cho completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Monterey Bay in 2007. Kathy then pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University, which they completed in 2016.
