Ismael Fidele

Ismael Fidele is a seasoned finance professional specializing in cost control within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Controller at both REEF and iKcon since March 2021, Ismael has accumulated extensive experience in monitoring and controlling purchasing and costing processes to optimize sales performance. Prior to these roles, Ismael worked as an F&B Cost Controller at Al Khayyat Investments and Azadea Group, where responsibilities included analyzing COGS reports and implementing cost-saving strategies. Ismael's career began with Emaar Hospitality Group as an F&B Assistant Cost Controller and progressed through various roles, including marketing experience at MCC Marketing LLC. Ismael holds degrees in Procurement Logistics and Supply Chain Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts Management, along with an ongoing education in Economics and Social Sciences.
