Jacob Garza, Sr. is the founder of REEP Equity and REEP Management, LLC, established in 2012. Under Jacob Garza, Sr.'s leadership, REEP Equity specializes in locating, acquiring, and managing multi-family properties from the 1980s and 1990s, executing the majority of rehabilitation work in-house to ensure high customer service standards and effective cost control. REEP Management, a sister company, manages the acquired properties with a seamless approach, having been involved from the property tour stage and prepared for immediate action upon acquisition. Prior to these ventures, Jacob Garza, Sr. founded Property Automation Software, serving as President and CEO, where the company became the top-selling property management software for small to mid-sized companies before its sale in 2007, boasting 21,000 customers across nine countries.

REEP (Real Estate Equity Partners) was founded in 2012 by principals Jacob and Arleen Garza, who share over 20+ years of real estate experience. We are focused on acquiring under-performing, income producing, multi-family investment opportunities in Texas. REEP Equity, along with our sister company REEP Management, are solely focused on the multi-family sector to pledge incomparable commitment and service to both our residents and investors. Our other in-house departments include asset management, construction, property management, cost segregation, pre- and post-disposition. Since 2012, REEP Equity has bought, sold, and managed over 5,556 units worth over $714M, with twenty-three properties totaling 4,171 units currently in our portfolio. Nine properties have been taken full cycle, and we look forward to increasing that number as our vertically integrated strategy continues to produce solid results.
