Tim Ellis has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tim most recently worked at REEP Equity as Vice President, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they served as Director of Acquisitions at the same company from July 2019 to December 2022. Before joining REEP Equity, Tim worked at Internacional Realty Management as an Analyst from March 2017 to July 2019. Tim also had a role as a Sales Administrator at Valmont Industries from June 2011 to August 2014.
Tim Ellis attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Real Estate Finance and Development.

REEP (Real Estate Equity Partners) was founded in 2012 by principals Jacob and Arleen Garza, who share over 20+ years of real estate experience. We are focused on acquiring under-performing, income producing, multi-family investment opportunities in Texas. REEP Equity, along with our sister company REEP Management, are solely focused on the multi-family sector to pledge incomparable commitment and service to both our residents and investors. Our other in-house departments include asset management, construction, property management, cost segregation, pre- and post-disposition. Since 2012, REEP Equity has bought, sold, and managed over 5,556 units worth over $714M, with twenty-three properties totaling 4,171 units currently in our portfolio. Nine properties have been taken full cycle, and we look forward to increasing that number as our vertically integrated strategy continues to produce solid results.
