Victoria Garza-Fraser is a seasoned professional with a strong background in acquisitions, marketing, and psychology. Currently serving as Manager of Acquisitions and Capital Events at REEP Equity since January 2021, Victoria previously worked in onsite roles at REEP Management and held positions in marketing and communications at Tzadik Management. Experience includes placements in clinical nutrition and psychology at NHS England and University College London Hospitals, as well as research roles at McLean Hospital and Southwestern University. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Psychology from University College London and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Southwestern University.

REEP (Real Estate Equity Partners) was founded in 2012 by principals Jacob and Arleen Garza, who share over 20+ years of real estate experience. We are focused on acquiring under-performing, income producing, multi-family investment opportunities in Texas. REEP Equity, along with our sister company REEP Management, are solely focused on the multi-family sector to pledge incomparable commitment and service to both our residents and investors. Our other in-house departments include asset management, construction, property management, cost segregation, pre- and post-disposition. Since 2012, REEP Equity has bought, sold, and managed over 5,556 units worth over $714M, with twenty-three properties totaling 4,171 units currently in our portfolio. Nine properties have been taken full cycle, and we look forward to increasing that number as our vertically integrated strategy continues to produce solid results.
