Keith Abe

Keith Abe is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in cyber security and engineering management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Referentia Systems, Inc. since December 2011, Keith leads mission-assured cyber security programs for the Department of Defense and Energy customers, overseeing development and QA teams for significant contracts. Prior to this role, Keith held various management positions at Spirent Communications from November 1999 to November 2011, where leadership involved overseeing cross-functional teams throughout product lifecycles. Earlier experience includes managing projects at Americast and serving as a Systems Engineering Manager at DIRECTV International, where contributions included co-authoring an ITU recommendation. Keith holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
