Brandon Richey is the Chief Technology Officer at Refersion, a leading performance marketing platform for ecommerce brands. Brandon is a veteran of multiple major tech companies, having worked professionally in the tech space for nearly 20 years. He is also a writer of multiple software development books and has experience in building and scaling engineering teams from the ground up. Brandon specializes in high growth and scaling techniques for both people and technology.

Prior to Refersion, Brandon came from leadership roles at Teladoc and Greenhouse. In addition, he holds a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science.
