Prior roles at Nalco include District Manager and various positions at Nalco Champion and Nalco Energy Services, contributing to account management and team leadership. Darcy's career commenced in the Canadian Forces as a Lieutenant. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Professional Selling & Leadership from the University of Fredericton and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Acadia University.
