Heather Broeder, P.E. serves as the Executive Vice President at Refined Technologies, Inc. since February 2018, where responsibilities include directing internal and external communications, overseeing the missions program, and enhancing administrative efficiency across global locations. Prior to her role at Refined Technologies, Heather spent nearly a decade at Wood, advancing through positions such as Project Manager/Change Leader for Initiatives and Global Internal Communications Manager, where Heather developed corporate initiatives and managed executive communications. Earlier experience includes various engineering roles at Mustang Engineering, focusing on proposals, market research, and project engineering. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University, obtained in 1997.
