Leticia Moncada has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Leticia currently holds the position of Head of HR Operations & Total Rewards at Refined Technologies, starting in 2023. Prior to their current role, Leticia worked as a Consultant at Refined Technologies from 2022 to 2023.
Before joining Refined Technologies, Leticia had an extensive tenure at Emerson Automation Solutions, starting in 2011. Leticia held various HR positions within the company, including HR Vice President from 2020 to 2022, Americas HR Leader from 2018 to 2020, US HR Director from 2016 to 2018, Compensation & HR Manager from 2013 to 2016, and Compensation Manager from 2011 to 2013. Overall, their work experience reflects a strong background in HR management and a progressive career growth.
Leticia Moncada holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University. Leticia has also obtained additional certifications including a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from SHRM. Leticia has also completed certifications in Korn Ferry Interview Architect, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, and Korn Ferry Voices360 Facilitator from Korn Ferry.
