Misty Wellborn, SHRM-CP, has a diverse background in human resources and technical drafting. Currently serving as HR Manager at Refined Technologies since October 2022, Misty has previously held positions as HR Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes working at ChampionX from September 2018 to October 2022 as Associate HR Representative, where Misty supported the Production & Automation HS&E team and the Scientific Aviation business. Additionally, Misty worked as Executive Assistant/HR Coordinator for the Digital HR Team during the merger with ChampionX. Earlier roles include Executive Assistant at McDermott International Inc., and various drafting positions at Olson Engineering, Richard Industrial Group, and CB&I, focusing on control and update of engineering drawings and P&IDs. Misty holds an Associate's degree in Computer Drafting Technology from Lamar Institute of Technology, completed in 2004.
