Ray Perez has over 30 years of experience in the operations and processing sectors of the oil and gas industry. Currently, Ray serves as the Director of Operations at Refined Technologies, Inc., a position held since August 2010, and previously held the role of Operations Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Ray worked at LyondellBasell from April 1995 to August 2010, progressing from First Line Supervisor for the Coker Unit to Process Operator in the Aromatics Recovery Unit. Ray began the career at Crown Central Petroleum Corporation as a Process Operator in the Coker/Crude Unit from July 1992 to April 1995.
