Aubrey Dean

Aubrey Dean has a long and varied work experience. Aubrey began their career in 1990 as a Senior Engineer at Power Development, where they designed, constructed, repaired and calibrated highly specialized equipment used for test, measurement and manufacture of over-voltage surge protection devices. In 1998, they moved to Acterna as a Senior Software Developer, where they wrote and maintained software to interrogate and configure telecom test instruments. In 2003, they joined Fasthosts Internet Ltd as a Software Developer, where they were the software architect/lead developer for the Dedicated Server project. In 2005, they became the Chief Engineer at PD Devices, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining all Company IT systems and equipment. In 2012, they joined Thomson Reuters as a Principal Software Engineer, working in an agile, distributed team developing the company's financial Accounts Production software. In 2019, they became a Senior Backend Engineer at Heetch, where they were the project lead for pricing-refactor. Finally, in 2020, they joined TOGGLE as a Senior Backend Engineer.

Aubrey Dean attended Plymouth Polytechnic from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
