Ashish Vachhani

Ashish Vachhani is the CEO and Co-Founder of Reflik, Inc., a talent crowdsourcing platform established in December 2014, which utilizes a vast community of recruiters and AI-driven technology to efficiently connect enterprises with ready-to-hire candidates. Prior to this role, Ashish served as Executive Vice President at MD On-Line from September 2012 to November 2014 and held the position of CEO at Intivia, Inc. from October 2004 to August 2012. Ashish holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Rutgers University - Newark and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from both Gujarat University and Dharmsinh Desai University.
