Erik Bettis

Erik Bettis is an experienced professional in the technology and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Director of Business Tech at Reformation since December 2019. Erik has a long tenure at DermStore Beauty Group, where roles have included Senior Data Engineer, Senior Director of Tech, and Director of Data Engineering since April 2012. Prior experience includes work as a Mechanical Engineer at McKenna Engineering from December 2010 to April 2012, focusing on designing and managing custom-built industrial equipment. Earlier, Erik worked at Northrop Grumman from June 2006 to December 2010, starting as a technical intern and subsequently developing tools for analyzing aircraft sensor simulation data. Erik holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego and an A.A. in Applied Mathematics from Marymount California University.
