Varun Jalan

Varun Jalan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and finance. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Europe at Reformation since September 2022, Jalan previously held the position of Head of Booking Operations at Beacon, and led the International Strategy and Enablement team at American Express as Director of Supplier Payments International. At American Express, Jalan also launched a significant partnership impacting approximately $800 million in payment volume. With earlier roles including a strategic associate intern at Tesco PLC and director at JB Group, Jalan established Agashya Logistics and Jalan Retail. Educational credentials include an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School.
