Clarissa Norwak

Clarissa Norwak is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Head of Governance and PMO for the Courts and Tribunals Joint Unit at the Ministry of Justice UK since May 2023. In addition to this role, Clarissa has been a dedicated volunteer on the national domestic abuse helpline with Refuge since May 2021. Prior to the current position, Clarissa held multiple roles at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, including Head of Programme Closure for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and Governance & Operations Manager. Clarissa's experience also encompasses positions in the Department for Education and various organizations in the nonprofit sector. Academically, Clarissa holds a Master's degree in Global Citizenship, Identity and Human Rights and two Bachelor's degrees in Politics and International Relations, and Politics and Public Administration, all from prestigious institutions.
