Lucy Snow possesses extensive experience in leadership and advocacy within the domestic abuse and sexual assault sectors. Currently serving as Head of Development and Head of Helpline at Refuge since September 2018, Lucy oversees the strategic and operational aspects of a 24-hour National Domestic Abuse Helpline. Previous roles include Senior Transformation Manager and Senior Development Officer for the same helpline, as well as Sexual Assault Counselor at Bay Area Women Against Rape. Additionally, Lucy has held positions at the San Francisco Department on the Status of Women, Refuge, Fabian Society, and Mumsnet, enhancing communication and policy approaches in women's advocacy. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Woman and Child Abuse from London Metropolitan University and a BA (Hons) in English from the University of Leeds.
