Tom Wells

Tom Wells has extensive experience in sales management within the HVAC and power transmission industries. Currently serving as the HVAC Industry Sales Manager for North America at Regal Beloit Corporation since January 2018, Tom manages the Aftermarket Sales Team. Prior to this role, Tom was a Sales Director at Gates Corporation, where responsibilities included managing the Power Transmission Sales Team and strategic account relationships from July 2003 to October 2017. Tom's career at Gates Corporation began in 1982 as a District Sales Manager, followed by roles such as Product Specialist and Regional Sales Manager, culminating in significant contributions to the growth of the fluid power and power transmission sectors. Tom holds an Associate of Arts degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville and attended the University of North Florida.
