Kaitlyn Small is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and insurance licensing. Currently serving as the Manager of Regulatory Compliance at RegEd since March 2013, Kaitlyn monitors state regulatory changes and maintains a comprehensive internal database on insurance licensing regulations while supporting the licensing and registration department. Previously, Kaitlyn worked as a Licensing Specialist at RegEd, where responsibilities included processing insurance licensing transactions and handling securities submissions. Prior to RegEd, Kaitlyn was a Health & Benefits Associate at Fidelity Investments, facilitating health benefit enrollments in a fast-paced call center environment. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management from North Carolina State University, completed in 2012.
