Kirk Milligan

Kirk Milligan is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Software Quality Assurance at RegEd since May 2023, Kirk previously held senior roles at NantHealth, managing quality assurance for oncology decision support systems. Earlier roles include Quality Assurance Lead at Grab Networks, where Kirk oversaw the integration of QA departments post-merger, and Quality Control Analyst at Deltek, leading QA efforts for enterprise applications. Kirk's foundational experience began as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Roku Technologies, where a comprehensive QA program was established. Additionally, procurement management experience was gained at TIMSCO Graphics and Garston Sign Supplies Inc. Kirk holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems Security from George Mason University, as well as a B.S. in Business Administration from Houghton University.
