Kyle Freshwaters

Kyle Freshwaters has extensive experience in vendor management, clinical operations, and customer service. Currently serving as Vendor Manager II at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon since February 2013, Kyle focuses on vendor program evaluation, regulatory compliance, and program implementation. Previous roles include Supervisor of Clinical Intake and Correspondence, and Senior Intake Specialist, where responsibilities included supporting intake staff and ensuring accuracy in medical documentation. Earlier positions include Community Outreach Coordinator at Laurelhurst Veterinary Hospital, Customer Service Specialist at Netflix, and Assistant Operations Manager at Encompass Teleservices Inc. Kyle holds an education from Mt. Hood Community College from 2001 to 2004.
