Lisa Waters

Lisa Waters has extensive experience in the health insurance sector, currently serving as a Senior Analyst and Benefits Contract Administrator at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon since July 2008. In this role, Lisa is responsible for developing underwritten contracts and self-funded plan documents, overseeing the entire process from proposal to closing documentation, while also negotiating contracts and managing client relationships. Prior to this, Lisa held various customer service positions, including roles at the Medical Answering Service of Oregon and ICS-MAS, where responsibilities ranged from customer service to team leadership. Lisa holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and graduated from Lincoln High School.
