Monica Walsh has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in clinical reimbursement. Monica began their career in 1997 at Beverly Healthcare, where they served as a Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement, overseeing compliance and systems for 89 skilled nursing facilities. In this role, they also supervised a team of 10 District Clinical Reimbursement Specialists and conducted extensive MDS/reimbursement audits. From 2006 to 2012, Monica worked at Encore Healthcare LLC as the Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement, where they developed and oversaw clinical reimbursement initiatives for 26 skilled nursing facilities. Monica then joined Covenant Dove LLC in 2012 as the VP of Clinical Reimbursement & Case Management, managing these areas until 2015. Monica then transitioned to SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC, where they served as the VP of Care Management for one year. Most recently, Monica has been employed at Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC since 2016 as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement.
Monica Walsh holds a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from Ulster University.
