Beau Leaman

Beau Leaman has extensive work experience spanning over a decade, starting from their role as Sales and Marketing Representative at Vector Marketing in 2009. Beau then worked as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car & National Car Rental before being promoted to Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager roles. Beau managed operations, fleet, and staff at different locations, where they implemented expense control initiatives, developed effective sales strategies, secured partnerships, and exceeded corporate objectives. In 2015, they joined National Property Management Group as a Community Manager and worked their way up to become the Director of Operations and Director of Community Managers. In their recent Outside Sales role at Regency Supply, they consult with clients on business outcomes and collaborates on zero-based budgets. Throughout their career, Beau has mentored staff, developed incentive programs, and generated positive reviews online.

Beau Leaman earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sports Psychology from Azusa Pacific University from 2004 to 2008. Beau also obtained two additional certifications, the Association Management Specialist from the Community Associations Institute in June 2017, and the Certified Manager of Community Associations from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) in November 2015.
