Michael Garcia is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in business development and management across multiple retail companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Regency Management Services, LLC since April 2023, Michael previously held the position of Director of Business Development at Ashley HomeStore Retail Headquarters from April 2019 to March 2023. Michael’s career began with roles in management at Bob's Discount Furniture, Ashley Furniture HomeStore, and PC Richard & Son, with responsibilities ranging from training and coaching to overall business management and sales strategy. Michael also has experience in outside sales from the role at Huff N Puff. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York Cortland, completed in 2002.
