Barbara Forster

Barbara Forster is a senior HR executive with over twenty-five years of experience in large organizations, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Benefits at Regeneron since July 2018. Barbara has held various leadership roles in benefits management, including benefits manager positions at Jackson Lewis LLP and ITT, where responsibilities encompassed retirement administration and plan design for significant employee populations. With a strong background in both qualified and non-qualified defined contribution and defined benefit plans, Barbara has actively contributed to benefit program design, compliance, and communication throughout their career. Educational qualifications include a BS in Finance from Boston University and an Executive MBA from Suffolk University.
