Renny Bloch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Global Learning and Leadership Development at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. since November 2014, Renny leads initiatives to develop comprehensive leadership and management solutions aligned with business strategies. Previously, Renny held the position of Director of Global Management Strategy at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., focusing on global talent development and performance management. Renny's background also includes serving as a Senior Training and Organizational Development Specialist at NYU Langone Medical Center, where program design and consultative services were key responsibilities. Renny started the career as an OD/HR Associate at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. Renny holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and has obtained several coaching certifications.
