Jim Pennington

Jim Pennington, D.Min. serves as the President of Firefall International Inc. since January 1994, focusing on humanitarian aid, educational programs, and leadership training in developing nations. In addition to this role, Jim has been a Corporate Trainer at Keith Smith Company, Inc. since January 2011, facilitating projects in strategic planning and leadership training. As an Adjunct Faculty member since December 2018 at Regent University, Jim teaches Biblical Studies and Christian Life. Previous experiences include serving as President of Catalyst Consulting, where Jim specialized in corporate communications and strategic planning, and as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Phoenix. Jim's earlier career involved consulting and producing in broadcast and print media as the President of Pennington Productions. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership & Renewal and various degrees in communication, theology, and religion from Regent University, American Christian Theological Seminary, and Hendrix College.
