Mike Forster

Mike Forster is a seasoned information security expert and technology leader currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Regent University since November 2023, where responsibilities include developing a university-wide information security roadmap and enforcing compliance with key regulations. In addition to this role, Mike is a co-owner and partner at MJTech, focusing on innovative technology solutions and system integration. Previously, as CEO of Generate Impact, Mike transitioned the company to a fully remote workforce and redefined recruitment and management strategies. With past leadership experiences including Chief Operating Officer at Chiedo Labs and Senior Manager of Business Systems and Technology at HRCSB, Mike has demonstrated a strong capability in managing operations and strategic initiatives across various organizations. Mike holds an MBA in Business Leadership from Regent University and a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University.
