As the Founder and Chief Medical Adviser of Wellconnex, David Rubin focuses on developing population health management solutions for healthcare systems nationwide. Previously, David Rubin was the Director of Population Health Innovation at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, leading initiatives in quality improvement and technology integration for patient care. David Rubin’s extensive academic background includes professorships at the University of Pennsylvania and participation in various leadership roles and committees focused on pediatric healthcare and policy. Education credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Basis of Behavior, an M.D. from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Epidemiology & Biostatistics from the University of Pennsylvania.
