James Wert

James Wert has extensive experience in project management within the construction sector, currently serving as the Team Manager for the UCBerkeley Capital Projects at the University of California since September 2003. In this role, James leads a team of five, overseeing utility replacement projects, roadway, parking lot, sidewalk, landscaping repairs, and tenant improvements across multiple buildings on campus. Prior to this position, James worked at BBI Construction from January 1990 to September 2003 as a Project Manager/Superintendent, where responsibilities included managing the full spectrum of construction activities for various projects, including historic restorations.
