Todd Greenspan

Todd Greenspan has a distinguished career in academic planning and policy development, currently serving as Executive Advisor at the University of California after holding the Director position from 2009 to 2023. Previous roles include Interim Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President and Provost of Academic Affairs and Director of Educational Relations at the University of California. Todd's experience extends to Gamelan Sekar Jaya as Treasurer and ex officio board member since December 1998. Earlier in their career, Todd worked in State Government Relations for the University of California and as a Research Analyst for the Policy Analysis for California Education at the University of California, Berkeley. Todd holds a Master of Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stanford University.
