Ping Liu

Ping Liu has a strong background in cell line development and engineering, with a focus on optimizing transient production platforms for AAV and CHO cell lines. They have led teams and implemented various techniques such as siRNA screening, lentivirus infection, and Crispr/Cas9 gene editing to improve AAV production. Liu has also been involved in process development for recombinant proteins in CHO-S platforms, including single cell cloning and high throughput screening. Additionally, they have experience in protein purification and structural studies, having worked with both mammalian proteins and bacterial enzymes. Liu has a track record of successful project leadership and is skilled in the use of AKTA FPLC and HPLC for purification purposes.

Ping Liu has a Ph.D in Molecular Genetics and Biochemistry from Georgia State University and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Gynecology and Obstetrics from Dalian Medical University.
