Tammy McCracken

Tammy McCracken is a seasoned regulatory affairs professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Sr. Director of Regulatory Affairs, CMC at REGENXBIO Inc. since May 2024. Previous roles include Vice President of CMC Emerging Therapies at ProPharma Group and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Precigen and Altimmune, Inc. Tammy’s expertise encompasses regulatory strategy, clinical oversight for gene therapy and vaccine products, and extensive experience with FDA submissions and communications. With a solid foundation in quality assurance and compliance, Tammy has held leadership positions at several organizations, including Noveome Biotherapeutics, GenVec, and Human Genome Sciences. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Biomedical Science from Hood College and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh.
