Brian Hills

Brian Hills currently serves as a School Improvement Specialist at Region 10 ESC since July 2021, providing leadership in school improvement practices across a ten-county region in North Texas. Prior to this role, Brian Hills held various positions at Uplift Education from August 2007 to July 2021, including Network PYP Coordinator, Instructional Coach, Primary School Director, and PYP Dean, focusing on the implementation of the International Baccalaureate program and supporting teacher development through data-driven practices. Brian Hills began the education career as a 3rd Grade Teacher and Music Teacher, and also served as Assistant Children & Youth Pastor at Cross Bend Christian Church. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Biblical Studies from Dallas Christian College.
